Update 2/21/25 - I am taking away one star because after completing our transaction, I requested the photos from my listing for sentimental reasons. It’s almost a year later, and despite sending three text messages, she has not responded or completed the request. To make the matter more unfortunate, she has her read receipt on, so I know that she’s seeing the messages and not replying. I can’t thank Erika and her team enough for their help in recent the selling of my home in the Sacramento area. Her strong industry knowledge, robust marketing strategy, patience, and professionalism made for a smooth and enjoyable process. It is with her awesome support I have been able to start the next chapter of my life.

House hunting with Erika was very organized. She gave us papers with all the information on each home and guided us on how to take notes. We saw a lot of different options. We did a loan assumption, so it was a long process, but in the end, she got us into a house for a good deal, that was in the perfection location. And she even had a mini Christmas tree and some essentials waiting in the home for us when we got the keys. We got in right before Christmas, so it was a very stressful time, so that touch was very much appreciated. She is very knowledgeable about the area and schools. We had a good experience!
